Scanning isn't working. Make sure the app has camera permission (iOS Settings → Use It Up → Camera) and that you're connected to the internet — photos are analyzed by our AI service.
How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Open iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Use It Up Pro to manage or cancel anytime.
How do I delete my account? In the app: Profile → Delete account. This removes your account and its data from our backend.
